Diabetics

A series of diseases caused by obesity are increasing. According to statistics in WHO , there were 30 million diabetes patients at worldwide in 1980s, the global diabetics have exceeded 100 million ten years later, . Faced with this grim situation, there is relatively little sweetener suitable for this kind of people eating. Although high purity polyols and functional oligosaccharide are suitable by diabetics, low sweetness may lead to diarrhea, and the price is higher so that the market competitiveness is limited to some extent. In the series of high sweetener, aspartame is more suitable for the diabetics because of its clean sweetness, which does not affect glucose, and it’s more cheaper and suitable for consumption in the same sweetness.
